Tips:

For a cooler smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
You can replace frozen fruit with fresh fruit, but add a few ice cubes for a creamier texture.
Feel free to adjust the quantities of ingredients according to your tastes and desires.
For a more gourmet version, add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup.

Moringa powder is considered a superfood because of its richness in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and proteins. It is also an excellent source of fiber and essential amino acids.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces and frozen

    • 1 handful of fresh spinach

    • 1/2 cup frozen mango

    • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

    • 1 teaspoon of Momelle moringa powder

    • 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)

    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

    • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.

  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
