1 ripe banana, cut into pieces and frozen
1 handful of fresh spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon of Momelle moringa powder
1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Preparation
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
