About the Recipe
Tips:
If you prefer a less sweet ice cream, reduce the amount of sugar to 80g.
For a touch of acidity, add the juice of half a lime to the mixture.
You can also add pieces of fresh mango or other tropical fruits to your ice cream for more texture and flavor.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, the method of freezing and stirring by hand works very well, but requires a little more patience.
Enjoy your ice cream!

Ingredients
Ingredients:
200g of Momelle mango powder
400 ml coconut milk
200 ml of whole liquid cream
100g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix the mango powder with the coconut milk.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
In a large bowl, whip the whole liquid cream with the sugar and pinch of salt until you obtain firm whipped cream.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled mango and coconut milk mixture.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour. Remove the container and stir vigorously with a fork to break up the ice crystals. Repeat this every hour for about 3-4 hours, or until the ice cream has a smooth, creamy texture.
Once the ice cream is ready, serve it immediately in cups or cones.
